Shipping Policy

 

Shipping

Products are shipped as quickly as possible after order validation (preparation within 1 to 2 business days).

Exact options and prices are displayed at checkout, depending on the destination country and package weight. 

Delivery times correspond to carrier transit, excluding preparation. For any delivery outside mainland France (Europe, French Overseas Departments and Territories, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Emirates), customs duties and import VAT may apply at customs clearance and extend the delivery time — these are independent of Hype Shop.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking number.

If you are not present during delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox so you can pick up your order at the nearest pickup point or post office. Depending on the carrier, additional delivery options will be offered to you.

 

Returns and Refunds

You can return items that do not suit you within 14 days of receiving your order, following the instructions included with your package.

Reminder: only items in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled), with their tags and returned in their original packaging, are eligible for a return. 

We will process the refund within 10 to 45 days of receiving the package, using the payment method used during the order.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted (within 14 business days of receiving the order).

If an item is defective or incorrect, contact the Team by email, hypeshop.fr@gmail.com, indicating your order number, the item reference, and the problem encountered.
